What area or state does your company cover?

MD Decor offers services for the entire state of Arizona.

How much is the rental price per chair and what is included?

Our rental price per chair is based on your approximate number of people, and a location of your event. Price per chair includes: a chair cover, sash, our set up, our pick up (take down same night after your party) and tax.

Do you require any down payment and how much?

We ask for 20% deposit based on your approximate number of people on the day of the agreement upon signing the contract.

When is the final payment due?

The final payment based on your final number of people is due 5 business days prior to the event.

When do you need to know our final number of chair covers?

We need to hear from you , you are going to contact our linen company 2 weeks prior to the event with your final count, number of people. In case that we do not hear from you, we are going to contact you for your final count , number of people.

When do you do the set up and pick up (take down)?

We are going to contact your venue, place of the event 2 days prior to the event about a set up time. Than, based on their schedule for your room for that day, they will tell us what time exactly we can go there to do the set up for you. Our trained professionals would need around 1 hour of set up time for an average party of 150 to 200 people. After your party is over, whenever it ends( Even if that is midnight, 1:00 am…) we are coming back to take everything down, so that you do not have to do anything.

Can I make any change in the contract after signing?

Yes, you can. It just has to be in writing, e-mail is just fine. You can make any change of color, style or product not later than 30 days prior to the event.
